For ZDF we were tasked with bringing the childhod memories of German celebritries to life. The partly tragic events they lived through in the early decades of post-war Germany. We reenacted those scenes in front in a greenscreen studio. Then we transfered a hand-drawn style onto those sequences using EBsynth. The handcrafted keyframes and backgrounds were done by amazing illustrators.
